1. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older and legally permitted to participate in online gaming in your jurisdiction.

2. Wagering & RTP

All outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) with a target Return-to-Player (RTP) of 92%. Bets are settled within 30 seconds of placement. There is a built-in house edge of approximately 8%; you may lose all wagered funds.

3. KYC & Payouts

Deposits in KES are processed through Paystack. Withdrawals require completed Know-Your-Customer (KYC) verification, including full legal name, ID number, date of birth, address, and a valid Kenyan bank account. Upon verification, a Paystack subaccount is created in your name and used for all future payouts. Withdrawal requests are reviewed within 24 hours.

4. Deposits

Minimum deposit: KES 100. Funds are credited to your wallet upon Paystack confirmation. Deposited funds become wagering credits and are not refundable except in case of technical error.

5. Bet Slip & Accumulators

You may combine multiple selections into a single accumulator. Combined odds are the product of each leg's odds. All legs must win for the accumulator to win.

6. Responsible Gaming

Gambling can be addictive. Set deposit limits, take breaks, and never bet money you cannot afford to lose. If you need help, contact a local responsible-gaming helpline.

7. Account Security

Keep your password confidential. You are responsible for all activity on your account. Suspicious activity may result in suspension pending review.

8. Disputes

Any disputes should first be raised with support@betlounge.top. Our resolution is final for matters of game outcome (RNG seed is verifiable on request).

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance.
